In the meantime I have added to this blog a link to my world wide press kit. You can click on Photo's/Audio (download my free music clips)/Press Releases/Photos in HD.
I thought I would sit down and give you an update. I had a wonderful newspaper reporter by the name of Susan Randall stop over my house for an interview. She spent over three hours with us. The time just flew by, I never even realized how much time had passed. It was an enjoyable time for me and my wife. We went through my musical career and I played her some of my personal music and music that I played and recorded with other artist. On a more personal note my wife got to speak with her and tell her our personal love story. On how we met and how long it actually took us to finally meet, yet quickly marry after finally meeting. My wife still can't tell our story without getting emotional and teary eyed, nor can I. She feels, as many others have told us that we are soul mates. If there is such a thing, we have to be just that. It's the only way we can explain the way we are so incrediably close and enjoy being around each other all of the time. We have many similar interests. Our life includes being close to God, in church and in prayer as well. I never knew life could be so good!
I will be updating you on when this article goes to print. I will try and post it here for all of you to read. In the meantime feel free to listen to my music at my offical website http://www.carminedamico.com and pick music/gallery/about etc.
God Bless each and everyone of my friends. Have a fabulous weekend!
This song is one of Diana & Carmine's favorite Love Songs for each other. We just wanted to share it with you.
There is NO doubt that we both believe that there was a Heavenly Hand in our meeting and finally getting together...FOREVER. We both had the same prayer in our hearts before we actually met. We are two very romantic and a very loving couple. We demonstrate this to each other every single day. The love and respect is very obvious to anyone who observes us together. We seem to inspire other couples and they actually become more romantic towards each other. And that's how it should be.
Roger Cohn,Guitar sat in with me at the concert.I was Playing a Melancon Amberburst, and Roger Cohn,a Gibson(an old one)Barney Kessel Guitar. We played with the rest of the Carmine D'Amico Ensemble Thanks Roger for an excellent Performance!
Larry Cobb/Drums subbed for Pete Swan joined by Lew Lepley and his wife Donna on bass. We were sold out and a great time was had by all. Wish you could of been there with us! See the photos below of Larry, Lew & Donna
Larry Cobb sang some songs as did Lew. Donna played a fret-less electric bass. It was truly enjoyable. Especially having a woman bass player and having Diana my number one fan/wife enjoying every moment!
This last photo was taken right before we left for the concert.
I hope everyone is doing well on this beautiful Saturday! I had a wonderful Gig last night. I will be posting some pictures in another blog. But for now I thought I would share with you my new electronic press kit that is on SonicBids. ( Sonic Bids is a World Wide site. ) Instead of putting the usual clickable link I am actually showing you the site with the clickable links attached. I truly hope you enjoy it. This great suggestion was given to me by my beautiful wife DD. So you can listen, view, and learn all about me, Carmine D'Amico. Just in case their are any questions about me, my awards, my music, etc. May the rest of your day be pleasant and beautiful.
Click on my wife's photobucket link, then click on "full size" when you get there. It will open up the website for you! I thought I could get it to open here, but it refuses to. Thanks!!
I wanted to share a special photo of myself and my band playing at the Jazz Historical Society. It is missing my key board player, Lew Lepley unfortunately. But I already included a seperate photo of Lew in the previous blog. I hope you can see the great energy between us and you enjoy the photo. I will try to get more photos out to you from this weekend gig. I heard it's already sold out...unbelievable!!
